Joe has more than 29 years of product development experience and more than 26 years of insurance-automation experience in agencies and carriers. As one of the architects and developers of the Diamond System, he’s been involved in the design and development of all versions of Diamond since then. And he’s directly responsible for all aspects of its continuing development and deployment.

Joe earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Computer Science from the University of Alabama. He enjoys boating on the lake where he lives with his wife and their two sons and going to baseball games with his family.
